It’s acrylic underneath with oil on top. I used a gold acrylic in the centre which gives it the twinkling effect. None of this was planned as usual, I started off when I bought this canvas that I would paint something with lines in black and white and this is what emerged??

It’s funny how the end result can be so far from the intention of a painting. I’ve done that too.
