Everything has a beginning and an end, or does it? Life has taken a turn for me and I am spending more time painting, writing, working and taking care of my family. This all means less time for blogging so I decided to make a few changes to pointsthruprose. I will still be posting from time to time, but mostly my own work. Within the new theme you will find the categories of guest Artists who have contributed to pointsthruprose over the past year. Most of these artists have there own blogs and you will find their links below.
O.G Hawkins, who was one of the original cotributers , now has his own blog. O.G. Hawkins
Thanks to Everyone,
POINTSTHRUPROSE is a collective blog created to show the works of many artists in one platform. Not all artists and writers have the time or desire to design and manage their own blog. On pointsthruprose you will find a compilation of art, poetry and writing from various people across North America. Some of the artists and writers are family and friends, others have found this blog and find it to be a platform to promote their work. Whatever the reason, I am elated and inspired to promote the work of other Artists. Please contact me should you feel moved to post any of your work on this blog.
Jackie McSween assumes no rights as to any further publication of the submissions on this site with the exception of her own work.

I awoke one morning at 3 am and wrote, in poetic format, for the first time; I wasn’t sure where the writing was coming from and I have continued to write and also now paint.
We have the abilities to create at a level that is way beyond our conscious limitations. Many of you have experienced the same compulsion to write, paint, photograph or create whatever it is that is speaking to you. I believe, let me correct that, I have a knowing that we are all creative beyond what we think. The challenge is to risk, to let go of all fears and to trust that there are no real critics in the Artistic World. There is only Art…
More of my personal art work can be found at Jackie Blair Fine Art.
