is very fine indeed

It ventures only rarely

to the source of what It needs

It needs an object to bestow

Its graceful Hand upon

This happened to Me on a Friday Night

where I was just that One

in dampened light

of a Doctors’ Party

I WORE RED

Dear Nurse Bill

sang My Song

until everything was said

-

It was Time To Go

I was about to leave

when Dr John

called out to Me

-

He hurried over

to shake My Hand

“You Are Fine?”
